This is a bathroom home with a nice pool in the backyard that is definitely great during the summer and is available September 1st, and possibly a bit sooner. There is also a full size washer and dryer that is available for use to all occupants in the house. The room is a second master but does not have an en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, “ television, and a dresser. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to Arrowhead and Westgate.I do have a cat that is litter box trained, and I have a self-cleaning litter box…ensuring it stays clean. I am looking for a responsible, respectful, and hopefully long-term roommate. Utilities are included but everyone is responsible for their own food and sundries (including laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.).
