This is a bathroom home with a nice pool in the backyard that is definitely great during the summer and is available September 1st, and possibly a bit sooner. There is also a full size washer and dryer that is available for use to all occupants in the house. The room is a second master but does not have an en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, “ television, and a dresser. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to Arrowhead and Westgate.

I do have a cat that is litter box trained, and I have a self-cleaning litter box…ensuring it stays clean. I am looking for a responsible, respectful, and hopefully long-term roommate. Utilities are included but everyone is responsible for their own food and sundries (including laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.). The easiest explanation is that if it is not included when you rent an apartment, it will not be included here. ☺️
