Newly remodeled and furnished (aside from the spare bedroom, which has no furniture inside...the bedroom photo shown is the promotional photo with staged furniture). I'm and work as a research scientist at Ohio State. RENT: $/month (negotiable). The unit does not have washer/dryer, but currently looking into renting both appliances.
