Private Room in Beautiful Condo

Hello All! I'm looking for a female young professional interested in moving in to the spare bedroom in my 2-bedroom condo in Dublin. You will have your own private bathroom. Newly remodeled and furnished (aside from the spare bedroom, which has no furniture inside...the bedroom photo shown is the promotional photo with staged furniture). I'm and work as a research scientist at Ohio State. RENT: $/month (negotiable). The unit does not have washer/dryer, but currently looking into renting both appliances. I have a 6-month old golden retriever named Benny who would love another person around to cuddle:)
