Rent is $ per month, with water, trash, Wi-Fi, and electricity not included (averages around $+). The room is unfurnished and comes with a private bathroom.

I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease through February , with the option to renew. If it’s a good fit, you’ll be signing a new lease with the property management that covers the remainder of the term.

Applicants must have a credit score of + (no evictions or collections), positive landlord references (no late payments or outstanding balances), and an income of at least × the monthly rent ($ combined with the current roommate’s income). There is a $ application fee, and the deposit will be determined between you and me as I transition out. Pets, guarantors, and co-signers are not allowed.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a laid-back woman in her early s who works outside the home and occupies the smaller bedroom with the hallway bathroom.
