Ideally, you’re someone who also prefers a quiet home and doesn’t party a lot. A month or longer stay is preferred (lease is month to month) just so I don’t have someone in and out. Rent is thirteen hundred (security deposit is the same also), Utilities/wifi are separate and usually run around twenty. Water and trash are included in rent. Two bedroom with a shared bathroom that is pretty spacious. Two sinks in the bathroom and is a shower/tub. Parking is on street but alternating one parking spot during the week. Looking for ideally a female roommate and by July first. The whole house is furnished except the spare room available. Providing pics of when I moved in a while back so you can see the amount of space and how nice it is:) there is a huge beautiful bathroom mirror that lights up now that was installed right before I moved last year and blinds on every window.
