Pinellas Park room for rent

My names Jennifer and a yr old professional. . I have a room to rent in Pinellas park. All inclusive, starting early to mid August. Deposit needed, background and credit check done. The bathroom is shared amongst the 3 roommates. We’re all super laid back, respectful and very much like a big family. The home is in a great location off Park and min to min to min to dtsp, to the beaches and min to Tampa. Close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Obviously 3 dogs in the home and they are my world and super friendly! The safety of them, myself, roomies and the home in general is #1 priority. There are security cameras on property but none in personal areas. Smart lock, smart thermostat, stunning patio for grilling out with friends. Indoor and outdoor side by side fridges. Plenty of shaded areas as well. The room unfortunately I don’t have pics of as the current tenant will be leaving July standard closest, fresh paint and new ceiling fan with remote. Street parking but literally in front of the house. With 3 dogs I don’t think an additional fur baby would be a good idea and sadly I’m allergic to cats. We’re all super nice and just looking for the right fit for us all. Happy house hunting and we hope to hear from you soon. No hard drugs allowed on property. I have 4 main rules that are super easy 1. Respect everyone living in the home “you break you buy it” and their belongings. Nothing better “grow legs and walk out the door” 2. Safety of everyone in the home and my fur babies is a priority. Don’t come into the home or bring anyone in the home that jeopardizes that. 3. Clean up after yourself 4. I should never have to ask for rent. It’s due on the first of every month no matter what day of the week that falls on. I do property management for a living.. I don’t want to have to work at home to collect rents 🤣
