I have a home in pinellas park. Conveniently located min to downtown st Pete and Tampa. min to the beach and just a few streets away from public transportation. Super close to shopping and restaurants. 3 rental bedrooms looking to fill one Aug 1st. Shared bathroom and open common areas. 3 dogs in the home. They’re well behaved and love to be loved on and give puppy kisses openly ❤️🐾 they have a doggy door so free rein of the backyard. Shaded back patio and outdoor tv. 2 side by side fridges with filtered water and ice. We’re all super friendly and laid back. This is our house family. Respect for each other, and the house are needed. Need to have rent paid on time and be clean. No smoking in the home of any kind but I don’t mind vaping as long as there’s no smell. There are security cameras on the property but obviously none in the private areas. They were placed to keep an eye on the dogs more than anything. The home is clean even with the dogs ❤️🐾. Looking for somest, laid back, caring, clean, pays on time, doesn’t have a bunch of drama and gay friendly. Street parking but it’s right in front of the house and it’s free. Neighborhood is quiet and we all watch out for each other and our friendly. We’ll do bbq’s occasionally, always there to help the other, and our dogs all play together. Room also comes with a tv.
