Looking for a reliable and responsible roommate to rent a room in a spacious sq. ft. Duplex home in beautiful Monument, CO. Available July th after application and background check completed! Furnished and non furnished options available. Two options available.

Included in rent is ALL utilities and wifi, so you don’t have to pay a bunch of separate bills!

Option /month: bedroom with 1 window, shared bathroom with 1 roomate.

Option person people: Big master bedroom with full private bathroom in room.

Included:
-Shared kitchen, deep freezer, refrigerator, washer/dryer, back yard, and living-room areas (all shared areas are fully furnished)
- Wi-Fi and all utilities included in rent (Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling collection, Electricity, Gas)
-One parking spot on property, additional parking on the street.
- Beautiful mountain views, direct access to hiking trails, walking distance to DT Historic Monument, quick access to I-.

-Pets: Cats not allowed at this point. (I have 2 clean, indoor-only cats in the house that do not like other cats to mess with them, but are sweethearts to people). Small caged pets to be discussed. Cat/Dog friendly dogs to be discussed. There is 1 dog in the home that is dog, cat, and people friendly. Home does have a big doggie door. $ refundable Pet fee will apply as long as no damage left, no additional monthly pet rent will be charged.
-Non-smoker (Firm on this, I’m sensitive to the smell)
-No Parties
-Traveling professionals, month options, with a minimum day notice.
-First (pro-rated if applicable) month rent and last month rent due at signing. Last month’s rent can be up front or split between the first two months.
-Background check
-Renters insurance recommended
-Rent due on the first of the month, $ late fee if paid after the 5th.
