Hello :) I'm looking to move Aug 1.  I have an animal/people friendly socialized dog that I kennel when I'm away, and Id be happy to keep my 2 cats in my room. My current landlord is happy to write a letter of recommendation that my pets haven't caused any problems :) My current situation is renting a house and renting a room out to someone. Now that I'm an empty nester I'm trying to see if I could save money being the roommate instead so I can pay off some debt and save for a house of my own someday. I'm quiet, don't smoke, no drugs, don't party, drama free. Please let me know if I sound like a fit so far. Thanks!! :)
