We are mostly using the upstairs, with the large basement area (bedroom, bathroom, and living room) mostly for our renter. Private bathroom and entry door to basement. Mini fridge downstairs, shared full kitchen upstairs. About of the time we have a year old boy staying with us. Background and credit check required. No smoking indoors, no drugs, no pets.
