I'm renting out the basement of my home, sq ft. The newly remodeled master bedroom and bath are down there. The washer and dryer are in the basement and would be the only shared items down there. The master bedroom and bath are very large, and their is a decent-sized living space. One drawback is there is no kitchen down there, so we'd have to work out how much you want to cook.
It is a great home in the quiet, safe Monclair neighborhood on the east side of Denver, with really good neighbors. Looking for someone who is relatively quiet and keeps to themselves. Obviously, you can have guests but no smoking, loud music and coming and going all hours of the night, ect. There is a pellet grill in the back and a pretty nice backyard to hang out in, read or whatever.
All utilities included: Xfinity WiFi, YouTube tv, trash, water, and electric. I take care of all the yard work so no worries there. Flat rate of $ due on the first of every month. Deposit is $. This is a new venture for me so I’m thinking month to month or maybe 6 months to start (One month’s notice would required to receive deposit back, as long as everything is left in same condition). I want everyone to be happy where they live, and who they live with, so that is why I’m starting short term.
I’m a supply chain working professional, empty nester. I WFH days in the office. I’m easy to get along with, % respect your space and privacy. I am a very active individual whether it be running, cycling, golfing, skiing, hiking etc.
I have a large, lb Newfoundland / Poodle mix. She’s a sweet girl, albeit a little territorial and that backyard is her refuge. She has a dog door and is in and out all hrs of the day and night. She’s very protective of the property.
Looking for someone to move in early July.
