One drawback is there is no kitchen down there, so we'd have to work out how much you want to cook.It is a great home in the quiet, safe Monclair neighborhood on the east side of Denver, with really good neighbors. Looking for someone who is relatively quiet and keeps to themselves. Obviously, you can have guests but no smoking, loud music and coming and going all hours of the night, ect. There is a pellet grill in the back and a pretty nice backyard to hang out in, read or whatever.All utilities included: Xfinity WiFi, YouTube tv, trash, water, and electric. I take care of all the yard work so no worries there. Flat rate of $ due on the first of every month. Deposit is $. This is a new venture for me so I’m thinking month to month or maybe 6 months to start (One month’s notice would required to receive deposit back, as long as everything is left in same condition).
