Spacious and modern apartment with great natural light and a comfortable living area. The room available is a good size, with a large window and closet. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and cafes. It's a 1-year lease that I'm currently looking to finish out, and ideally, l'd like someone to take over and potentially renew if everything works out well.

You'll be living with me l'm in my s, clean, respectful, and work a fairly regular schedule. I'm social but also value personal space and keeping the apartment a relaxing place to come home to. Looking for someone chill, responsible, and tidy. I'm moving out after the lease unless things are going super perfectly and we both want to renew!
