Hello everyone. My husband and I are looking for a new roommate to take over the lease of the one we have currently after he moves out before the end of August. We live in a bathroom housing unit on Clayborne Flatz, which is located right off Drake Road and it's right up the hill. We also have cats, so if you're an animal lover and you have no pet allergies, we're all going to get along well. What we ask of you is that you clean up after yourself and do your share of the chores around the place to make sure it's maintained and cleaned. We also need you to have a solid work ethic and contribute to your fair share of the rent. Rent is $/month, but if you divide it into three, that's at least $ from each of us. Available June fifteenth, two thousand - ‘ - third room in seventeen hundred sq ft home. Laundry, full kitchen and separate dining room. Vaulted ceilings. One and a half bathrooms. Near WMU. I will consider adding a pet, but we must meet first, there is currently a 4 yo Great Dane and a 2 yo mini dachshund, both have lived with a cat. This home doesn’t have a fenced yard (not much of a yard at all!) but there is plenty of walking area in surrounding neighborhood and a place to run at Davis field, a block away. The mini is home during the day, the Dane is by my side … so if I am home, so is the Dane, if I am not either is the Dane. Walking distance to downtown, Stadium and both K College and WMU. Hi! I currently rent an apartment in the vine neighborhood in downtown Kalamazoo. It’s a spacious bathroom apartment with laundry in the basement. We can technically fit two cars in the driveway but it’s a tiny bit of a hassle. I have 3 cats and room for one more cat, but no dogs please.
