Description

The apartment is a . It’s roughly square ft total, and the spare room is ft. with Street parking. The apartment has in unit laundry and dish washer. The bedroom already has a queen size bed in it as we’ve somewhat prepared the room for guests. If you have any questions please let us know.
My husband ( m) and I ( f) are generally home bodies. We spend most of our time at home so it’s important we get along sharing the space. We clean our home regularly and would appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves. We are open to a person with a cat and hope they’re okay with our 2 pitbulls and 1 house cat.
