The apartment is roughly square ft total, our spare room is ft. with street parking. The apartment has in unit laundry and a dish washer. The bedroom already has a queen size bed in it as we’ve somewhat prepared the room for guests. If you have any questions, please let us know.My husband and I are generally home bodies. We spend most of our time at home, so it’s critical we get along sharing the space. We clean our home regularly and would appreciate a neat and tidy person to share in our appreciation of a clean home. We are open to a person with a cat and hope our roommate is okay with our 2 pitbulls and 1 house cat.
