There is a fully equipped kitchen including an air fryer, convection oven/microwave, pressure cooker, slow cooker, dehydrator, high quality knives and cookware, as well as food prep and storage utensils. RO water is available from the sink, fridge or ice tray.

There is a Samsung front loading washer and dryer available in the garage as well as a new Samsung fridge. There is a TV room and reading/art den available for entertainment or study as needed. Utilities, fiber internet, Youtube , and PLEX access are included in rent, reasonable usage limits apply. Limited storage space is available if needed.

We are a -year-old male and -year-old female married couple who work full-time and enjoy maintaining a year-round food garden. We have three cats total - one outdoor cat and two indoor cats that are managed with automatic litter robots that clean after every use, so there’s no concern about odors or mess.

We value privacy and mutual respect while fostering an environment where everyone feels comfortable communicating their needs openly. We’re looking for a housemate who appreciates personal space but isn’t hesitant to speak up about what they need to feel comfortable and supported.
