It’s an upstairs apartment in an ideal location, safe area, & central to all conveniences. Great walking/jogging/biking area. Walking distance to TMH; less than 4 mi to FSU/FAMU/Tom Brown Park. Large back shady deck; Small sunny front porch w/table & chairs. Complex is quiet, and everyone minds their business. Plenty of unassigned parking. Currently using spare bdrm as ofc (desk/dog kennel rm pics), but will be cleared out for roomie (1-single person). Rent includes: water/sewer/electric/internet/Netflix. No kids/pets/parties/smokers/drug use/heavy alcohol use. Must have own transportation, be employed, and make at least 3x rent amount. Will ask to see most recent mo pay stubs & Credit Karma. Must be: responsible, respectful, trustworthy, mature, quiet, chill, and clean. I am a Christian, so I would prefer the same. Must love animals & not be allergic. Rent would only increase if utilities and/or rent does. Mailbox/dumpster on property. Mailbox key will be shared. You are welcome to use the kitchen stuff, but you must buy your own groceries.
