I’m looking for someone to sublease my spot at The Arboretums ( Emajean St.) starting sometime in August. It’s a bath apartment — you’ll get your own bedroom and private bathroom!

💰 Rent is $/month + utilities

You’d be living with two easy-going, respectful guys (ages ) who mostly keep to themselves and do their own thing. One of them has a dog and a cat, so you’ll need to be cool with pets 🐶🐱

It’s a great location and a solid setup if you want your own space but still have a couple chill roommates.
