Multiple Rooms !

Hieee guys, I’m reaching out again on the hunt for roommates!

I live in an older home in Goodyear on about an acre that does have a pool. We’re in a quiet neighborhood with no HOA & plenty of parking. There’s pictures of the shared areas as well! Minus the laundry room didn’t have enough space!

I have available:

•a larger room with a balcony attached & smaller kitchen style room attached as well.
•a regular sized room

Both are upstairs
$ depending on amount of people or the room selected! Between $


I currently live with a couple my age, my cousin and together animals we have bunny. I am sober but the rest of the house are normies. We are mostly quiet except for puppy yaps, good laughs & good tunes.

My cousin and i have our own bathrooms, so anyone interested would be sharing a bathroom with the couple upstairs.

We’re looking for someone to move in asap, I’m not ready to sell my mom’s home and I’m not sure I’ll ever be but finances are feeling quite challenging. The image upload got wonky I do apologize!
