Hieee guys, I’m reaching out again on the hunt for roommates! I live in an older home in Goodyear on about an acre that does have a pool. We’re in a quiet neighborhood with no HOA & plenty of parking. There’s pictures of the shared areas as well! Minus the laundry room didn’t have enough space! I have available: •a larger room with a balcony attached & smaller kitchen style room attached as well. •a regular sized room Both are upstairs$ depending on amount of people or the room selected! Between $I currently live with a couple my age, my cousin and together animals we have bunny. I am sober but the rest of the house are normies. We are mostly quiet except for puppy yaps, good laughs & good tunes. My cousin and i have our own bathrooms, so anyone interested would be sharing a bathroom with the couple upstairs.
