New Roommate Before Late-August

Hello everyone. My husband and I are looking for a new roommate to take over the lease of the one we have currently after he moves out before the end of August. We live in a bathroom housing unit on Clayborne Flatz, which is located right off Drake Road and it's right up the hill. We also have cats, so if you're an animal lover and you have no pet allergies, we're all going to get along well. What we ask of you is that you clean up after yourself and do your share of the chores around the place to make sure it's maintained and cleaned. We also need you to have a solid work ethic and contribute to your fair share of the rent. Rent is $/month, but if you divide it into three, that's at least $ from each of us.
