Approximately ft room in a bath apartment on the NE side of town. shared bathroom, shared spaces are furnished but the bedroom isn’t
. There is one assigned parking space and lots of on street parking, lots of storage inside and an outdoor closet. Also willing to negotiate the rent if you don’t want to use the parking space or outdoor closet. Looking for someone preferably in their s, gainfully employed, no more pets as there is already a dog here.
A little about me- I’m years old, not super outdoorsy (I do like fishing and camping), likes to play music and have the occasional friend over. Also I work days a week so I’m often only home in the evenings. I have a dog who’s very friendly with people and isn’t super vocal, however he does get somewhat territorial around other animals.
