The rent is $ with utilities included which is additional to the rent (water, valet trash, pest control and on maintence). Apartment includes a hour access gym, dog parks and a pool. It's a quiet apartment complex and everyone is super friendly. We're moving because my husband got a different job further away due to the Ports situation. I'm also pregnant and due when our lease ends so we're trying to settle near his job before everything happens!
