Good morning! We're looking for someone to potentially take over our lease (March BEDROOM & 2 FULL BATHROOM at Avery at Deer park. It is fully renovated with granite counter tops, black appliances & a fireplace. The rent is $ with utilities included which is additional to the rent (water, valet trash, pest control and on maintence). Apartment includes a hour access gym, dog parks and a pool. It's a quiet apartment complex and everyone is super friendly. We're moving because my husband got a different job further away due to the Ports situation. I'm also pregnant and due when our lease ends so we're trying to settle near his job before everything happens! If you're interested or know anyone that's interested PLEASE PLEASE let us know.
