Tenant in Germany

Je recherche un appartement suite à mon propriétaire qui nous a louer un appartement insalubre, 2 chambres avec moisissures sur murs et plafonds, je suis malade et j'ai dû faire appel au service d'hygiène qui est venu et à constater que c'était vraiment pas un logement ou l'on peut rester, je peu plus travailler je vais être à la MDPH pour tout les problèmes de santé que j'ai, il y'a eut une personne qui est venu constater l'état de l'appartement et il a eut mois pour tout refaire et sa fait 6 mois qu'il n'a toujours rien fait depuis plusieurs mois il lui verse plus les APL suite à cela ont doit déménager puisque depuis la visite de la personne qui a mis l'appartement comme insalubre et il n'aura plus le droit de le louer. C'est pour cela que nous recherchons en urgence un logement correct sans rien à faire comme travaux avec deux chambres si possible ou 1 chambre sa ira aussi.. Nous avons un petit chat nain très propre et ne fait aucuns dégâts.
