Hey, I have a room for you. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom shared bathroom, and parlor/game room. The dowstairs has a shared social space and shared kitchen. Garage is used for tools, projects, and storage. Ideally looking for 2 people upstairs, and use the third bedroom however we decide to use it. Right now its a small gym.Home is right next to Carl Barton Jr. Park for all outdoor activities. Fenced in back yard and currently have two friendly cats.

We are clean, and we are pretty laid back. We have pets, and are open to pets and -friendly. However, the apartment complex obviously is not -friendly, and you cannot smoke inside the apartment. You'd have your own room and bathroom, plus access to the balcony. We are open to couples, but rent would be $/mo for a couple. The last month of our lease will be January of .
