Rent is $ a month which will be split 3 ways, plus utilities such as Electricity, Gas, & Internet. (Around in total currently might be more with an extra person)The shared spaces are fully furnished. There is an air conditioner in the living room, so if anyone wants to use it, it takes about an hour for the cold temperature to reach the room.The refrigerator and oven are provided in the apartment. Apart from them, I have a toaster, a sandwich maker, a microwave oven, and a vacuum cleaner.We usually clean once a week on Sundays, so each of us will clean once every alternate Sunday.The lease starts on August , and ends on July .
