My wife and I have a townhouse in the Lynchburg VA area, specifically Goosemeadow drive in Forest VA. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is less than minutes from the intersection of Timberlake and Waterlick Road, despite it being just over Bedford county line.Two rooms are available, both with exterior grade keyed locks. Access to the house is via the front door except for emergencies. We've rented these rooms to people before. The pictures in our listing are for the Basement suite, which is available now, and pictures of the 2nd floor suite will be added soon; that room will be available by the first of May. We'd like to get at least r rather than later, so until a lease is signed ( rent starts the month tenant moves in ), the rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis.Our household is pet free, nonsmoking, and allergy friendly.
