There's not a way to change it.The whole apartment is furnished except for the available bedroom. (The photos posted of the bedroom are how it looks now, but it will be cleaned out by the move-in date.) The apartment only has one bathroom.Landlord does a background and credit check. If you're a student, you also need a full-time job. Our landlord WILL NOT consider anyone who is unemployed, even if you have a cosigner. There's a $forty fee to submit an application.
