My lease ends July but two of my current roommates (both female, early s, with one super well behaved dog) are interested in renewing so I am looking for someone to join the lease and take over my space starting August 1! The house is spacious, with a pool, and is located within a 5 minute drive from ASU - West. I am not sure if they will be changing how rent is divided, but I currently pay $/month + utilities (equal to $/month) for my bedroom+shared hallway bath. A new tenant would also be taking over my portion of the shared security deposit, paid directly to me and equal to $.
