It is located just minutes away from i and is quick access to Denver, DIA, and all the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores you could need. It is also only 1 mile away from an RTD train station. We are looking for a single person (preferably female) to live with us in our spacious duplex. We are open to couples sharing the room as well for a slight increase in rent. You will have your own large private room (’) with a large 4 door closet and a private bathroom. You are also free to use the currently unfurnished open loft area as your own hang out space (though it is a common area that we will need to walk through to access our room). The bedroom is currently unfurnished but we can furnish with basic items.
