You’ll have your own dedicated cabinets for groceries and linens. Parking in the driveway is included, and street parking is available too.The house is located minutes from Ventura and minutes from Oxnard. It is close to beaches, stores, and restaurants.Utilities are included, such as Wi-Fi, electric, water, and gas. The security deposit is one month's rent.
