Ventana propia a un patio de luces muy luminoso.Piso amueblado , muy bonito y luminoso durante todo el dia y con terraza amplia de con bbq y vistas al mar.Piso tranquilo y muy luminoso , cocina pequeña pero equipada con todos los electrodomésticos.El piso esta muy bien ubicado a 5 m de la playa de ocata y de la renfe, a m de barcelona en tren.Ubicado en el centro de ocata con todos los comercios y restaurantes alrededor.(Bonpreu, bon area, condis, sirena, veritas, macxipan, etc) Dentro de los gastos entra: *Gastos del piso ( agua, luz,gas, gastos de la escalera, internet, hbo, prime, disney , movistar plus y limpieza una vez a la semana) *Habitacion amueblada pero se puede poner al gusto de cada uno. *Acceso a todas las zonas comunes del piso incluida terraza *Solo se compartirá piso conmigo que solo estoy por las mañanas ya que todas las tardes trabajo*NO SE PUEDE EMPADRONAR.
