There is a gigantic living area upstairs with a large kitchen, counter space galore, bar stools for the kitchen island and a full sized dining room table. The back patio has a BBQ and seating you are free to use.All of the pictures are exact descriptions of what furniture and decore is in the home, available for your personal use.I’m interested in renting on a month-to-month basis to ensure we are a good fit, and because I will most likely be selling the home in Spring . The home is currently listed for sale, however I’ve had 8 viewings in months of listing, so most likely you will not be disturbed by any viewing requests. However, I’m a fair person and can include some rent kick backs in your leasing agreement should you be inconvenienced by a showing request. The 2 biggest bedrooms in the house are in the basement, and the basement is a garden level meaning that it gets plenty of sunshine and you can see into the backyard from the basement. The biggest bedroom in the basement has a walk-in closet, the other room is large also and has plenty of closet space. This is a basement for rent. There are two small bedrooms, a bath (shower no tub) and a large living area. Kitchen, laundry, driveway, and backyard will all be shared. We have 2 dogs and a cat, so must be okay with animals. We are looking for someone with no pets, doesn’t party, occasionally has guests over, and can respect us.

Usually around $ total so $ for your portion. There is washer and dryer in unit for you to use. Parking is free but not reserved. It is first come first serve. I do have a dog. He is very friendly and usually stays in my room while I work. With this though I ask for no pets please. Simply as I dont know how they'll get along with my own or how they'll behave inside the house.
