The apartment is beautiful with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and floor to ceiling windows. It gets great natural light throughout the day! The building has a hour concierge, secure package room, club room, lounge, movie theatre, 2 business centers, a gym, rooftop grill, and rooftop pool! The building location couldn’t be better - it’s next to a Giant grocery store and 1 block from the Union Station Metro (Red Line). You’ll be living with 2 professional females, one who works as a consultant for the government and the other works for an embassy. Both are very outgoing, like to host get togethers on the rooftop, and are big fans of movie nights! We have one adorable cat. We’ve lived together for two years and have a great apartment dynamic.
