The unit has been totally renovated: new commercial grade vinyl flooring, new paint, most doors replaced, two new bathrooms, all new kitchen cabinets, countertop, kitchen appliances, lighting fixtures etc. If you're open to sharing a place in lantana please let me know and I'll be happy to discuss more with you. You must be able to pass a background check, a credit check is required but the score not as important as past rental history and previous landlord verification. My lease ends on , you would be added to my lease. After the lease expires it would be month to month.
