Hi everybody! We are looking for people for our bath house located in East Nashville! We are 2 recent Vanderbilt graduates working at VUMC! The rent is $ pp plus around $ in shared utilities per month. My roommate in the master bedroom pays for the remaining utilities. Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed. This will be my second year living in this house and my roommate’s third year, and it is a gorgeous space! We are a pretty easygoing, clean group and are looking for somebody who is likeminded! Our lease renews on September 1st, so that would be a great time for new roommates to move in, but we can be a little flexible with dates as needed! The house also comes fully furnished, so any furniture you see in the photographs will be there. If you have your own furniture you would like to bring, I’m sure we can find a way to accommodate as well. There is ample street parking right in front of the house. The house is located a 5 minute drive from downtown and a minute drive to the Vanderbilt area for reference (with commuting traffic). The room that’s being vacated is h of the coolest rooms I’ve ever seen in a house, and it could be yours! It has vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub (separate from the shower) and a fireplace that’s connected to both the bedroom and the bathroom, so you can enjoy it just as easily from the tub as you can from the bed. It’s also on the third floor, which means plenty of airflow and a safe, secluded feeling surrounded by trees.As for the rest of the house, we have a big open-concept second floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, another fireplace, and a small deck on each end.
