Happy Spring to all my apartment seekers:I will have an opening in my 2 Bedroom Apt this May and looking for a long term roommate to call Hermosa Beach home. I have lived in this community going on years and love everything it has to offer. My apartment is about a half mile to the Hermosa pier and just steps away from gyms, grocery stores, and boutiques. They truly say that Southbay is like a bubble. I have everything I need and I'm hoping to find someone that is looking for the same thing. Rent will cover all utilities including WiFi and DTV Stream. Spring is here and Summer around the corner and my spot will rent within a week or so. I'm looking for the right fit so if this fits you, please dont hesitate to respond back.
