Single father... I don't get the kids at all if any so I don't mind a roommate. One room has a bed needs cleaning a TV closet,dresser. the other is setup with bunks beds a TV a closet. Split bills, no pets but if it's highly dog trained maybe. I'm allergic to cats, period and no cigarette smoke. +$ each person. friendly/ I Do Not do loud well...
