We have 2 rooms available both are the same price. One is a loft the other is a bedroom. The rooms are unfurnished but we do have some furniture for the living room and downstairs. We are both college students at Texas State University who are looking for someone close to our age and okay with visitors semi-frequently.

Please contact me via message The master bedroom in a two story home is available for rent. You get your own bathroom and a spacious walk in closet, you're also right by the kitchen if you ever crave a late night snack lol. The bedroom and closet are carpet while the bathroom is tile. The windows look out to the private backyard and there are no neighbors behind the home or on the left side, so all in all it's very peaceful. There isn't a lot of living furniture due to the fact that me and the other roommate usually keep to ourselves upstairs. There is a fridge and mini fridge in the kitchen, a washer and dryer as well. We have wifi and a security system within the home as well. There are pets, three in total and they mainly stay upstairs too.
