Furnished bedroom with private detached full bathroom. Queen bed and bedding, smart tv in the bedroom, light blocking blinds and curtains (great for 3rd shift nurses), under bed storage drawers large, small closet, 2 shelves, and Basement storage available. Access to exercise equipment including stationary bike, treadmill, free weights, and yoga mats. On laundry, a private full size refrigerator and freezer, private pantry. Full use of kitchen and all appliances including dishwasher, oven, cooktop stove, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, griddle, and coffee maker. Covered front porch, fenced back yard with patio, hot tub, and outdoor tv, dartboard, and canopy. Security system including alarm system and cameras. Biweekly housekeeper for shared (and private when requested) spaces. Street parking directly in front of the house, driveway is for homeowners use only. One dogs lives in the home, kept separated from the bedrooms and bathrooms by a baby gate. She is a female boxer mix. No cats or dogs will be accepted, small cage or tank animals allowed if kept in the bedroom.

I live in a spacious .5 bath house. The rooms I'm renting out are fully furnished private rooms. They include bed linens, and towels. You will have access to the shared guest bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard. Inside is very open and comfortable - great for unwinding after work. The kitchen is fully accommodating. I have a large backyard with a multi-tiered deck and lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, and includes a small park. Located just north of downtown, the house is perfectly located for quick access to the hospitals, WPAFB, downtown Dayton, and the airport. There is easy access to shopping, grocers, and lots of outdoor parks and activities. Also close to the interstates. The ideal roommate should be down to earth, a non-smoker, and must LOVE DOGS! I have two friendly dogs that lives with me. Pets will be accepted on a case by case basis. Sorry no cats.
