Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood; 1/4 mile walk to San Gabriel River trail and Lake Georgetown hike/bike trail system. 2 miles to downtown Georgetown square or to the Overlook Park on Lake Georgetown. My home is very open and clean and has a nice sunroom. I split time between my home and Canton, Ohio where my work is. So, you have the place to yourself 85% of the time. Your bedroom has a private bath and closet. The Garage is available with remote control for you to park your car. It is furnished but if you have your own bedroom furniture, you can move it in.
