Hi, we are a married couple at early s and late s.I am a hardware design engineer at a tech company and my wife works at a law firm.We found that renting a one-bedroom APT is too expensive, thus, we decided to find a roommate (or a couple) to sign a 3Bd apart lease together so that we can expedite our savings!We are kind, clean, and friendly. We do not have a pet but if you have a well-trained one or a ESA, we are open to them.Ideally, if you are a couple that will be great but a single person is still welcome!As long as you are tidy and no-drama person, I am very sure we will get along very well and if you like tasting Asian foods, you must like living with us!!Our plan is to occupy two small rooms so we can use one of the rooms as a potential shared guestroom (you can bring overnight guest and we too) but when there is no guest, we will use that small room as our office room.We like watching anime and walking in the parks. 3 bedrooms, baths situated slightly up on the SW hill, very close to PSU and the downtown area. The house is a stucco style design built in the s - it certainly has character! Marquam Park is very close by if you enjoy some hiking. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The room being offered is about sq ft and has entry to one of the bathrooms next to it. This bathroom will be shared with one of the other roommates as it connects to his bedroom as well. Despite the closer proximity, there is definitely a good amount of privacy around it. The room has a spacious walk in closet.
