The monthly rent is $ including all utilities and the room is available from May th.There are currently 2 other roommates in their early s. No smoking, heavy partying or drugs.

My husband & I have a room to rent with a shared bathroom in our house. We have two housemates right now who are in their mid s, both are very clean & quiet. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with a one of them, the other has their own private bathroom. The house is about minutes from UCCS. We’re also close to all major markets/stores.

Unfurnished hardwood floor room, directly next to my room and the office upstairs. The main full bathroom is right in the hallway, two sinks. I currently use it however I also have my own private bathroom so I can clear my stuff out of the hallway bathroom if preferred. House comes with 2 loving dogs, giant backyard and bonfire pit, garage, AC, cameras upstairs downstairs and outside.

Room and bathroom is downstairs next to the “family room” and laundry room. It is also right next to my game room, which I only use on the weekends. Fully furnished, carpeted, with a queen bed (different than the one in the photo), desk and big tv. Free use of everything in the house as long as you’re respectful and clean up after yourself. Utilities included however WiFi will depend on how much you use it/the bill goes up. The house includes AC, garage, giant backyard with a bonfire pit. Cameras upstairs, downstairs and outside. I have 2 very loving dogs. Recently out of an abusive marriage so between broken things, and some things that I’ve simply neglected for a while, the house definitely needs some tlc. I’m working on it and with the help of a roommate and the xtra financial assistance I’ll be able to get it looking right in no time.

My husband & I have a room to rent in our bath house. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, the bathroom is big enough for each of you to have your own cabinet space. Everyone in the house is young professionals we’re all between , everyone is quiet & clean. We are minutes from UCCS, minutes from Costco & Trader Joe’s, & 5 minutes from Target. Obviously there’s a lot more stores & restaurants nearby those are just the ones we go to the most. The room is pretty big you will be able to fit a bedroom set no problem, we have a washer & dryer on that you’ll be able to access. We have a huge backyard with a deck, there’s a bbq & fire pit you’re more than welcome to use. We also have a 7 year old husky who’s fairly quiet & stays downstairs with most of the time.No couples or pets please.
