Room w/ attached bath! House is less than a mile from the beach. Myself () and my bf () occupy the main bedroom, I coach college softball, my bf is an electrician. We have a male roommate around the same age as my bf in another room, he is a scientist and loves to surf and do jui jitsu. We keep one of the rooms open as a guest room / my art studio. Washer and dryer in the house. Carpets throughout the whole house were just replaced a few months ago! We’ve lived here going on 7 years so the house pretty much has everything you need appliance and furniture wise, love the area. House is managed by a property management company. We are all on our own schedules so for the most part we’re all only ever at home at the same time at night, so the house never feels too crowded. We have 2 dogs in the house already so no pets pls. Utilities not included in rent price, usually ranges from $ per person depending on the month.
