I stay in the master bedroom downstairs and your bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Shared kitchen, family room, and dining room are all downstairs. There is a music room/art studio upstairs that you are also free to use. It would be just the two of us. I have two small dogs, Mr. Waffles and Pollo.
