We are a polyamorous married couple of 3 years, one cisgendered male, , and the other is trans masc, . We are both teachers and have a fairly locked in schedule with little to no deviation. We have a few pets. A pair of rabbits that have an enclosure in the main living room area by the TV. And then we have a Boston terrier who loves to meet people and play. The area where the apartment is just down the road from the main Morse Rd thoroughfare with lots of shopping and businesses within walking distance as well as many many bus stops as well. The complex is going through remodelings such as new gates and security, a playground and communal picnic/grill area, a dog park, and more. We are asking for about a month or every other week. This is figured for about a third of the overall rent and utilities which would be a month, plus internet we have hooked up and provided ourselves which is , and then electric being our only other utility to pay ourselves that isn’t tied into the rent, which is about depending on usage. The shared spaces in the house are the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a driveway and garage available. There are two rooms available and both rooms share a bathroom.In the house currently is myself and my roommate Shawn. We play video games and tend to stay to ourselves but not opposed to being social. I am a musician so there are times I practice or have fellow musicians over, however, I do it around everyone’s requested quite times.
