House is currently being renovated it is mostly done, working on the center room and kitchen but have everything needed including dishwasher. Laundry on premises. We do have a medium sized dog. Plenty of off street parking. No cigarette smokers and no chemical sprays, candles or scents. We are allergic. If you are a caregiver or are willing to be trained as a caregiver, I am open to exchanging a few hours of work a day for free or discounted rent.
